Caret symbol when pressing 6 using international keyboard

After setting the international keyboard layout, when for the first time you press 6 on the row above the letters and then another number you get a caret between the two.

E.g. - open speedcrunch - press 6 -> you will see 6 - then press 5 -> you will get 6^5

This only happens for the first introduced 6 when the application is opened. Then its behavior comes back to normal.

@Teyut @polwel This sounds like a very particular Windows/Qt/kbdlayout issue, no? @Anonymous: you could try our latest builds to see if it still happens.

I'm unable to reproduce that with 0.11 or latest build. I've only try with JP and FR layouts though, because my Windows failed to install US layout (even though it's builtin -_-).

Looks oddly related to #647 #523 #559, none of which we can reproduce with a current Qt version.

Can confirm with 0.11 on Qt4, doesn't happen with recent version on Qt5. This certainly seems to be a common problem with Qt4.
