Unable to install v0.12 on OS X 10.11.6

I have freshly installed OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 on a MacBook Pro 5,2 (Early 2009). This is the last OS version available for this machine (macOS Sierra is installable through a patch, but I am not willing to undertake this path).

SpeedCrunch does not run: it has the typical superimposed "no entry" sign, and when run it states that it requires macOS 10.12 or later, and does not open.

Is that so? I could not find such a requirement on the website. I tried to install it through brew cask too: same outcome.

UPDATE: If I run the executable inside the "Package Contents" SpeedCrunch/Contents/MacOS/SpeedCrunch the application runs, even though maintaining the "no entry" icon.

It appears to be running fine, I will use it for a while and report back.

So If I understand thing correctly the best way would be to build Speedcrunch on an a 10.9 macOS which I don't have at hand currently.

I'll try to get a virtual machine with it up and running in the next few days.

I've uploaded a new version that was built on Mavericks. It's starting fine on both 10.9 and 10.12. Please give it a try.

By the way, I'm sorry, I didn't realise and replaced the first version I've uploaded with this one.

Thank you! It works fine on 10.11 as well.

    I might have a 10.10 on a VM, I will report back.

Fixed: Speedcrunch has been built on the current oldest supported version of macOS which is Mavericks AKA 10.9.
