sinc function

The sinc function (sinc(x) = sin(x)/x) is not currently implemented. It is a function that we find very often in signal processing for example, so it would be great if it was inside SpeedCrunch.

    In case you missed that feature, please note that you can define your own function like sinc(x) = sin(x) / x
