Code is copyrighted without a copy of the GPLv2

Per https://choosealicense.com/no-license/ despite having it written into the README that this code is under the GPL, this code is considered copyrighted unless it come with a copy of it.

    The license is included in the README and at the end of the about dialog in the application. I think that suffices.

    @heldercorreia The GNU license requires that it be distributed with the software whole, and placement in the README does not count according to github.

    It would be easy to add a LICENSE file to the repo anyway, so I don't see the reason as to why it needs to be omitted.

    I see your point, but every source file contains the GPL right at the top. It has been enough all these years, even more when put together with the README. That being said, please feel free to make a pull request to add the LICENSE file. Thank you.
