adding timestamps

It would be handy to be able to automatically add a timestamp to the file upon importing/exporting and also to individual entries. So I could have a variable called Todays_Cookie_Sales_Total with a value of $42.17 and a timestamp of 2018-08-15T17:00:01-0400
