Problems with scientific notation

Hi, I am using the latest Speedcrunch 0.12 Version on MacOS High Sierra. I have problems with the scientific notation like 1E-8. Whereas 1E8 is interpreted correctly as 100000000, 1E-8 is not correct. When I use 1E-8 speedcrunch says "unknown function or variable", the notation 1e-8 ends in -5.7 as speedcrunch interpreted the e as e function.
