An alternative to this, and one of the useful features of PowerToy Calc, which I’ve used for years and am hoping SpeedCrunch can become a viable replacement for, is the ability to change between scientific and standard keypads. Since I rarely need the scientific functions and am only doing basic math 99% of the time, I just have it showing the standard keypad (numbers, operators, and memory buttons), which lets me keep the calculator taller and narrower. That’s one of the main things I see missing in SpeedCrunch that keeps me from being able to use it, as it’s too wide and gets in the way too much as it is. It would be really nice to be able to choose which buttons show, and maybe even customize their arrangement, so I could show the numbers, operators, ans, sqrt, ^, and parentheses.
