Parenthesize Expression: Shortcut Change

It feels more like "today's software" to use the open-parenthesis to parenthesize selection (e.g. Sublime, JetBrains' IDE after enabling the setting etc). Of course, opening parenthesis without selection it does what's expected: Simply adding an open parenthesis.

As mentioned in the original ticket, Ctrl+P is a "different" shortcut.
