As a programmer I used to pass function parameters separated by dots and float numbers with .

1.33 is looking more understandable and obvious for me than 1,33

Could you add settings to change that behaviour to the new one

You can use both dots and commas (or only one of them) for the decimal part of non-integer numbers. Check Settings->Input Format->Radix Character for that.

We cannot use commas to separate function parameters as they are already used as decimal and digit group separators in lots of countries.
