Allow control of input field size

I may be missing the setting for this, but I would like to make the input box much larger so that I can see several lines without having to pan.

Also, a way to make a new line in the input box to make it easier to read.

The input box does not support multiple lines. What is your use case and what do you mean by panning?

Keeping the window relatively narrow and long makes looking at another window and adding up large amounts of numbers easier.

Panning I mean having to scroll horizontally to see all the numbers which makes it hard to see any mistakes.

The input box would be more useful being able to have more lines or even a wrap text view than the history box when inputting larger calculations.

Similar to Qalculate! if you’ve ever tried it.
