Add capability to minimize/maximize to/from tray via keyboard shortcut

I think it will be a very useful feature, especially coupled with autorun (minimized) on desktop loading. On Windows, for example, it could be done trivially by using native RegisterHotKey() WinAPI function, which allows the hotkey to be global.
