UI too big on High DPI

Since today the UI became way too big on my Surface pro (2736x1824).

i use and have always used the windows scaling on 200%. If i now set the scaling to 100% the UI seem to go back at the size it was before. But i cannot use scaling 100% because everything else is way to small.
