Description
This used to be a feature of the app (in a cross-platform way). I removed it in commit 72b54436 more than 3 years ago due to popular demand (contrary to the popular demand that is now in favor of the feature). The plan is to add it back, but also add a Settings option to select the preferred behavior. I have reverted the original commit and adapted it slightly, but after trying out several different Qt API things,
1) the app window is not raised on my Ubuntu box (@fk any idea?) 2) I don't have access to Windows and macOS machines to test it. @Teyut @polwel @sgaist Please test this and try to make it work on your ends if it doesn't.
