Make Playtime dockable

Issue #110 resolved

Benjamin Klum repo owner created an issue 2015-01-25

REAPER is not able to dock only the GUI part of a VST plugin. It always docks the complete FX chain. So this is about making just the Playtime GUI without any FX chain stuff dockable.
