Better, more terse naming of recorded clips

At the moment recorded audio clips are named like this: <trackNumber>-<trackName>-<dateTime>.<extension>. Recorded MIDI clips are named just: <trackName>.

I think <trackName> <autoIncrementedCounter> for both would be best, where autoIncrementedCounter is a number to distinguish the clips from each other.
