FR: bulk assign selected samples

it would be very helpful to bulk-load selected samples.

1- select multiple items in REAPER.

2- select multiple cells in Playtime

3- right click. "fill with selected items"

ideally with multiple fill options, including top down, left right, order cell selected, and the inverse of all of these.

I added a very simple possibility without all the different fill options. It just fills all selected items top-down (column-wise) into Playtime, starting from a specific slot. Slots which are already filled are skipped. The filling just stops when there's no free slot anymore.

Should be enough for a productivity boost.
