Controller Not Lighting Up - Behringer CMD Touch TC64

I got this controller to use with playtime. I can manually assign the triggers under generic controller. Or I can put it in Lunachpad comparability mode, which works fine in Ableton. However I get no response from Playtime on this particular controller.

This controller is not sold anymore. I can only support it if you manually assign the triggers, then go to "Settings 2nd page" => Right click on "Connected controller" => "Generate controller template" and finally send the resulting text to [e-mail].

I will mark this as a feature request.
