option to store/read automation into/from clips

depending on setup, one may be using hardware mapping to control VST parameters directly, meaning it's not a midi-mapping

it'd be quite neat to have that automation also (optionally) stored into the clips in playtime.

I use an AKAI Advance keyboard and the corresponding VIP software, and typically set Reaper tracks to 'latch write' parameter automation. Works fine for timeline based work at least.

Hi Ulf, i have a similar problem with kore 2, though, if as kore 2 even Akai advance plugin parameters send midi out messages it would be solved when #196 is implemented
