Add option to explicitly switch off retriggering regardless of mode and MIDI assignments

One might prefer toggling behavior of slots even he is in exclusive mode and has a controller that has dedicated stop buttons!

    Instead of having an extra switch for this, we could also just add another "Exclusive mode" option, so at the end we have:

    1. Exclusive mode off (no retriggering)
    2. Exclusive mode on with retriggering
    3. Exclusive mode on without retriggering

    Because the combination "Exclusive mode off with retriggering" wouldn't make any sense. As soon as exclusive mode is off, there must be a possibility to stop a particular clip.
