Label mappings with unique numbers

Currently mappings are not exactly labelled, in the mapping overview all we have is the row number
However, displaying the row number is confusing because if we remove or duplicate a mapping, it's hard to see what actually happened - the row number can't be used as identifier for a mapping
Also show this label in the mapping edit window so we know which mapping we are currently editing
