CarPlay install

The old Alpine radio, although of very good quality, does lack a modern maps in the navigator. Its screen is also rather old and with low resolution. So I decided to replace it with a cheap Chinese Android Unit; a ESSGOO AR1002 with CarPlay and reverse camera.
