You can clean slime only from one panel at the time, to start another you need to lift finger

I couldn't reproduce this. Multitouch seems to be supported on all panels.

I believe it is not about multitouch. If you work with one finger, and you start wiping one panel off slime, you cannot wipe another panel as well without first lifting your finger and touching again within the next panel to wipe.

Expected behavior might be that you should be able to wipe all panels with one touch, but I do not see critical issue here.

Aha, yes you're right. I misunderstood. I might decide to fix this but it will be a low priority bug.
