Restore Upgrades Not Working
When I click the Restore Upgrades button, nothing happens. I think I had everything purchased previously, but it all appears to be locked. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Thanks!

I think I have the latest version you just sent out installed, Release Candidate 13. I don't see 2.1 as the version, I see 2.0.

repo owner Restore Upgrades probably won't work until the game goes live because it's not using the real Google Play store. But if you send me your email I think I can set a flag in the testing environment to say that you have previous purchases. And version 2.1 isn't ready yet. I was experimenting with the "2.1" label in the issue tracker so I can postpone some bugs until the next version.

reporter Ah, ok! My email is pletcher@gmail.com
-
Restore previous purchases is still not working. I just updated to 2.0 today.
-
repo owner Hmm, Android is supposed to automatically restore purchases so the button shouldn't even be needed. Are you logged into the Play Store with the same account that you originally used for the purchase? I'll keep investigating...
-
repo owner BrianPletcher and Mikebin02, can you try using the Unlock button to see if it says "You already purchased this" or something? I want to see if it recognizes that the account/product is the same.
-
I tried it. It prompts me to repurchase. I am running ios
-
repo owner Oh that's interesting Mikebin02, I thought this was only an Android problem. So what happens when you click Restore Purchases on iOS? Does it prompt for your iTunes password?
-
It doesn't do anything. No prompt appears. Its like the button doesn't even work. I can press the unlock all option and pay the $4.99 again. I don't want to do that since I've already paid.
-
Any possible updates to fix this?
-
repo owner I haven't had time to fix it yet but for now you can use this promo code to unlock the upgrades:
D3K0Y93P7A9G79P1JZ5RE35
Just use the "Redeem" payment method when you check out.
-
Thank you! I sure you are busy. Does this code work on Ios? If so, I'm unsure how to use it on ios.
-
repo owner Oh no sorry, it's Android only. Try using this one for iOS: 7YAME7EYAH7M
-
repo owner Actually I don't think iOS supports promo codes for in-app purchases so that probably won't work. You might have to wait a few more days until I've fixed the bug. Sorry!

Thanks Henry. You're correct. It just reinstalled the so but did not unlock the upgrades. Thanks for your diligence. I'll wait patiently.
-
repo owner Hi Mikebin02, please try version 2.0.2 which has now been updated on the App Store. Hopefully it restores your upgrades.

Henry. Thank you for your efforts. I updated and am having the same response from the app. I clicked on restore purchases and there is no response. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing. That is not working either.
-
repo owner I'm not sure why it's not working for you. The only other reports I've had so far have been from Android users. Can I ask if you purchased the individual $0.99 upgrades (eg. Challenge Pack 1) or the full Unlock All Upgrades for $4.99? If you can find your original receipt from Apple you can ask them for a refund by using the "Report A Problem" link in the email.
-
repo owner Also make sure you wait a few seconds after pressing Restore Purchases. When I just re-tested it there was a delay. I'll add some spinning arrows to show that it's doing something...
-
I believe I purchased the challenge pack 1. I had access to symbols and uniforms. The may have been a few additional upgrades I didn't really use. I've waited for minutes after clicking the restore button.
