Install on windows

Where should I point the search_include_dirs and search_library_dirs in setup.py to install under windows? I receive the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "setup.py", line 28, in <module> include_dirs.append(find_file('Magick++', search_include_dirs)) File "setup.py", line 26, in find_file raise Exception(filename + " not found") Exception: Magick++ not found

    Hi.

    Sorry, pgmagick doesn't correspond to the Windows Environment. At present, because I do not understand the windows environment too much well, correspondence is difficult.

    If patch is sent, it is welcome.

    Thank you.
