No statuses found in remote JIRA when Anyone group removed

Hi,

I removed the Anyone group from users that are able to browse JIRA projects. The JIRA issue transitions screen no longer shows the mapping between the stash event and the JIRA statuses. When I click to Add transition rule I get an error:

"No statuses found in remote JIRA Please check JIRA to ensure there are projects available."

If I add the permission back everything works and looks good. Since our JIRA installation is internet facing we can not have the Anyone group able to browse our projects.
