Don't understand the instructions to set this up on a self-hosted HipChat instance

To be more precise, I understand the requirement to register a GitHub application. However:

• The link you provide is to register a new OAuth application, not a GitHub app. Is that the correct one to use?
• What do I put in for the Authorization callback URL?
• More importantly, what do I do with the text in the panel where you've specified the GitHub ID and secret? It looks like a command to run the add-on but there isn't any explanation as to how or where to put that command.
