Don't get PR approval messages

I have all the notifications selected for my Github repos, and I'm not seeing messages when my team members Approve PR's (or any of the other Approval workflow steps). Maybe I'm just missing them, so if that functionality does exist, maybe I just need a screenshot of what the message looks like.
