[stability] Ensure delete users will delete apps/services properly

Currently it won't, because the proper way to destroy an App now is to call mark_destroy. And it won't be called automatically at app.destroy. Same for Service.

Then remove the following users in prod:

• [e-mail]
• [e-mail]
• [e-mail]
