Somehow in jimmychu0807gmai account, the service status is not updated properly, even though the code is executed. It also seems only happen to jimmychu0807gmai.

Conjecture it may relate to db locking mechanism, or plainly rails/ db api bug. No proof.

Lowered the priority.
