Log Review & Bugfixes

Reviewing the attached log, observe:

1. Most errors in production-err.log comes from Osc::LogsController#list
2. Most errors in delayed-job.log are git.oschina.net unresolvable. This should have been solved by updating the resolv.conf in prod.cnpaas.io
3. osc-err.log contains a variety of errors.
