Write a central deployment script that could deploy [www, portal, openshift, doc] all by a certain git branch/tag.

    Partially completed. Refer to cnpaas-utils. It could deploy [www, portal, openshift].

    Remaining: Setup staging env for doc, and a consistent deployment methodology rake cnpaas:$ENV:deploy[tag,repo]
