Mig21 radios in P2

The radio channels need to be set up for the MIG 21.i was unable to use SRS because I can't manually set the freq.

Following up on this: Without the radio frequencies being predefined in the ME, MiG-21 players will be unable to effectively utilize SRS, which I think we can all agree is a net negative for themselves and other players.

Fix should be: Defining frequencies in the P2 mission for the MiG-21 slots so they can speak to ATC, GCI, interflight.

I think all radios could use some love. So, let's see what would be good defaults for all flights?

Here's a start:

1) default radio: AI ATC frequency of current airport

2) 249.5

3) 253.0

4) 133.0

5) 134.0

6+ ATIS frequencies and/or frequencies of blue airfields

Also, F-18 should have 127.5 (Stennis) somewhere preset. Same for Harrier and CCs if they have dedicated freqs.

Most of the aircraft should already have the main frequencies set up. Though some seems to have been missed.

Just did a check on P2, all of the radios are set correctly now.
