Add some kind of flare or light to the troop/logi pickup points so it's easier to find in the dark in addition to the smoke

This seems reasonable. I think I can even make this a part of default CTLD and submit it as a PR there.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of this as well. I opened up #156 as an enhancement and we can track it there.
