Additional VIP drop-off points

VIP retrieval is often ignored due to Maykop being the only drop-off point.

Add additional drop-off points, perhaps any blue FARP or airbase?

I think this would increase participation, given the VIP spawns are often down on the coast and Maykop is seven decades away in a helo

We believe we actually made this change a few months back, but we need to double check to ensure that’s the case.
