A little window showed up so I managed to do it.

F-5E codes: 1-[5,7]-[1,8]-[1-8] Mirage 2000 codes: 1-[1,8]-[1,8]-[1,8]

In other words, for the F-5E to work the second digit needs to be 5, 6 or 7, and for both you can't have 0 anywhere.

Change the ctld laser codes from 1111-1777 to 1511 to 1777
