JTACs aren't persistent after moved

It seems only the spot where JTACs are unpacked is logged for the next cycle, if they move their new location is not saved.

Also, if I deploy a truck I can move it via F10 menu, but on the next server start I can't. This happens even if I'm in the FO Slot
