Enhancement Request - E-2D in orbit over carriers.

Carriers always have EW aircraft up (usually 4 of them in a box pattern spread way out around the boat, but that'd be overkill for our needs). I'm proposing we still one in an orbit at 30k or so right above the center of the box that the carrier is driving around to extend the EWR sensors available to ATC/GCI guys.
