Logistics units don't spawn with FARP Defense

So far its only happened on FARP Delta, everything else spawns correctly (yay)

There is a TFFT HEMTT but it isnt a logi point.

Are you sure you picked the right one? There are 2 HEMTT trucks, one is part of FARP support, the other is actual logi point. Could you check in tacview if you have the recording?

I tried this in SP could not reproduce, HEMTT truck next to green smoke spawned a crate.

Could be some state-dependent bug.

Getting reports that it works fine on restart but not when the initial security forces land there. Might be a bug in the handler or the transport unit for that FARP.

Just verified yesterday after Delta was capped, security forces landed and defense units spawned, no logi truck.

Happened when we took Novo on Phase 1 too, no troop loading zone either

Still a bug as of 2/7/19, no Green smoke or Logi at Novo after initial capture and C130 lands

Ok this is fixed in phase 2 for FARP delta in https://bitbucket.org/hoggit/georgia-at-war-phase-2/commits/3a4600155decad2076e194935d2d663edb125d40 but for Phase 1 this is gonna be a little more complicated so I'm going to add a new ticket for that one.
