Bullseye in an asinine location in P2

Ryan Stevens created an issue

Placing the bullseye over Maykop in GAW P2 makes no sense. It's no longer useful as a reference point.

Put it somewhere useful downrange, and spend the hour to edit the waypoints please.

    Bulls has been moved for a bit now. It's over a lake south of Vody unless there's been a regression

    Must be a regression, it's been over Maykop my entire time playing (including recently).
