Minvody Su-25T starts with no fuel and has same callsign as a Hornet flight

The lead unit of the Su-25T group at Minvody starts with no fuel and has to be refueled by the ground crew. It also has the callsign Uzi 1-1 which is already in use by a group of Hornets operating out of Krasnodar-Center.
