The Mirage 2000C's all start at Krasnodar Center or Pashkovsky, a significant distance behind the front. Other fighters, like the F-18 and F-15, start at or near the foremost bases under Blue Control. I believe opening a few slots at forward airbases would be beneficial, particularly since the number of Mirage players on the server, on average, numbers around a handful, while half the rest of the server is flying F-18s. Yes, they, like strikers, have shorter range, which justifies their forward deployment, but for the kind of close in, high risk fighting the Mirage is known for, their long time from cold start to any kind of action is very high compared to other fighters.

The mission was built this way intentionally. The closest to the fight that BLUFOR fast movers spawn is at Maykop, which is really only a 5 minute flight from Kras Pash. The majority of the Hornets and Eagles spawn at Kras Pash with the Mirages as well.
