Change viggen guard frequency to 253

since no one uses 121.5 and all the buddy spike calls are on 253 change the viggens guard channel to 253. As with srs the guard channel serves as a secondary radio channel when the radio is in mode NORM+LARM, and the guard channel has to be changed in the mission editor. This would then give viggens the ability to be on 135 for strike and still monitor 253.
