JTAC Pos updates

Currently JTACs respawn at the point they were unpacked. If they are moved via CA the new positions are not recorded and the next cycle will drop them back where they were unpacked.

If this is intentional then disregard.

If not, it would make dropping JTACs a bit safer/easier
