No Helicopters available in the beginning of P2

The server just reset from P1 to P2 and all helicopter slots are locked except for two Gazelle-M models at Sochi which is an enemy airport. As soon as you spawn your dead. I know that some are locked because they are enemy locations but there are no helicopters available at all in the beginning of P2. Maybe add more helicopter slots to the airports too?
