Huey fuel level

Farps won't decrease my fuel level on the rearm screen. They always respond that they cannot comply.

Could you either make this possible or spawn Huey's with a half tank?

They can't load up stuff on a full load of fuel

What stage of startup are you at? Decreasing fuel from jets requires that you have power on to your fuel pumps.
