Phase 2 Makyop N and S farp no ctld

KalAbaddon created an issue

I can not load troops since no green smoke and hmmtt does not seem to allow to load units. I would like to give more info but I have not played GAW much in this role so I do not know how it should work or where it should be or if I am simply missing something.
