MiG-29S Spawn altitude

Noticed on a couple of occasions now that a MiG-29 spawn approx 30 NM north of Sokhumi is resulting in Fulcrums spawning at heights of around 400 km. First occasion noted in discord chat, second attached below. Time of attached bug at approx 18:30 EST / 22:30 Z.
