PGAW web gci map can vary wildly from actual conditions

I don't know how valid this is for GAW and for air targets, but the situation on the ground is often vastly different between the web gci map and actual combat conditions. Not only are some ground units often missing from the web gci map, but there seems to be a disconnect between the given coordinates of a given ground unit, and where that unit appears on the we gci map. I grabbed coordinates of a tank from the gci map, plugged them into my nav system, and it was showing the given coordinates were to a position 100 nmi north of where the map was showing the unit graphically.
