Su-25T SEAD, HAWK/Gepard Balance, and Avenger Spam

Blufor has nothing that can shoot down Anti-Radiation Missiles like Tunguskas, Tor, or S-300. Because the two ship flights of Su-25T have 2 Kh-58 each, they can take down 3-4 HAWK sites before being even being fired upon. Alternatively, they fire all their ARMs and go evasive.

HAWK sites are just fodder to attract Su-25Ts that usually usually don't attack FARPs in the first place. Once they're destroyed by Kh-58s, the SU-25ts are then in range to attack Gepards with their Kh-25MP. Their rockets and Vikhrs are just dead weight because once they continue towards the main airfield, patriot missiles usually take them out if CAP isn't up.

By the time several choppers have teamed up to spam several HAWK sites at a FARP, the front line has already moved up. Other times, helos are caught in a cycle of repairing HAWK sites that never had a chance to fight back. That busy work time could've been spent setting up JTACs to help fixed wing aircraft push east, or capping an airfield (necessary due to unreliable helo/C130 capping).

No one uses Gepards because they're short ranged like Avengers, with the additional downside of attracting ARMs and costing more. This is seen by people resorting to spamming Avengers to secure bases. Even then, Su-25ts never get close enough, so Avengers are theoretically only good for preventing Mi-26 from recapping (which avengers still seem to ignore, so CAP has to get to them first).

Possible Redfor Balance Proposals -Remove Kh-58s, but allow Kh-25MPs for Su25t SEAD ordinance. They may still be able to engage outside of HAWK range. -Give the Su-25ts only laser guided missiles to force them to commit to lasing a target for a kill (Kh-29T/ Kh-25ML). This leaves them vulnerable to AAA as much as the AAA is vulnerable to them. This also gives helos an incentive to build layers of AAA beyond FARPs. An SU-25t distracted lasing a distant HAWK at a FARP could be surprised with an Avenger or Gepard (especially if it only takes one trip/crate to set them up that far).

Possible Bluefor Balance Proposals -Make Gepards cost one crate. -Make HAWK sites cheaper.
