Mineralnye Vody Needs AV-8B spawns

After Vody is capped, other fixed wing aircraft prefer to attack Nalchik or Mozdok to give themselves another place to operate. The only thing convincing them to clear out FARP Delta is if a helo makes the long trip out to put down a JTAC. Sometimes, the two Vody F-18s are too busy doing ground attack to provide CAP and protect the slow vulnerable helos. AV-8Bs have a have a huge incentive to help helos clear out and capture FARP Delta because they have no other close spawn area. Spawning at Vody just makes that easier for them to do.
